Job Description
Martin & Associates, Inc. is currently hiring for a staff accountant. This is an entry level accounting position with the opportunity for growth. Job duties are as follows:
§ Experience in bookkeeping services. QuickBooks experience preferred.
§ Bachelor degree in accounting or finance, or currently working towards a degree.
§ Preparing business and individual tax returns.
§ Researching and interpreting data for certain financial and accounting questions.
§ Provide accounting support by converting data to general ledger system, obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements and reviewing financial information
§ Protect organization’s integrity by keeping firm and client information confidential
