Trenchant Analytics is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the entirety of company devices, configurations, and IT compliance as well as day-to-day troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all company-issued devices, including provisioning, configuration, and updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal IT issues, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution across hardware, software, and network systems.
• Manage device security, policies, and application deployment using Microsoft Intune.
• Maintain and administer Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, permissions, and access controls.
• Ensure company systems and IT practices align with CMMC compliance requirements, including documentation and security controls.
• Implement and enforce IT security best practices, patch management, and incident response procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-8 years of IT experience with proven experience in IT management or senior IT support role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of CMMC compliance requirements and IT security frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Apple operating systems, hardware, and common business software.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
