Location: Remote (United States – selected states only)

Pay: $21/hour base pay + performance-based bonus (up to $26/hour)

Job Summary:

TTEC is actively hiring Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agents to work remotely across approved U.S. states. In this full-time, work-from-home role, you’ll assist individuals in understanding their healthcare coverage options and help them choose the plan that best fits their needs, all while providing exceptional customer service with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable healthcare plans based on their individual needs

  • Provide full lifecycle support including customer service, sales, and follow-up (inbound and outbound)

  • Deliver compassionate service while meeting performance goals

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy standards

  • Identify customer needs and offer upgrades or alternative products

  • Accurately complete plan enrollments and renewals with expected sales conversion metrics

Requirements:

  • Active Health Insurance License in your state of residence

  • High-speed internet: Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload

  • At least 6 months of sales experience

  • Strong communication, empathy, and listening skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a remote setting

  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy
