*Familiar with ONLINE PLAN TAKE OFFS
*Good Customer Service Calls
*Bilingual a plus (Strong English)
*Estimating knowledge, excellent follow through and closing skills.

Frank & Son Paving scope of work is as follows: Earthwork, Grading & Compaction of Subgrade/Base, Asphalt Overlay/Patching, Minor Concrete, Seal Coating, Guard Top Seal, Seal and Sand finish, Installation of speed bumps, Car wheel stops, ADA Compliance, Residential Driveways, Commercial parking lots, Street overlays/repairs, and Resurfacing.
