Job Description

For over two decades, Aspirion has delivered marketleading revenue cycle services, specializing in collecting challenging payments from thirdparty payers, including complex denials, aged accounts receivables, motor vehicle accident, workers compensation, Veterans Affairs, and outofstate Medicaid.

We are seeking an organized and proven Vice President for our Payment Variance team. You will apply expertise in revenue cycle management, data analytics, and client and team member relationship management. The role will manage the Payment Variance team, oversee daytoday operations, and spearhead the achievement of Aspirion initiatives and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute operational strategies that improve performance and support growth initiatives.
  • Analyze trends, identify barriers, and recommend improvements to operational workflows and processes.
  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement longterm strategic plans for the service line.
  • Adapt to evolving client needs, timelines, and business goals.
  • Partner with key stakeholders internally and externally, maintaining good working relationships.
  • Support leadership through mentorship, feedback, and communication; conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to develop and implement key strategies for hiring and retaining highperformance teams.
  • Collaborate with Product and AI Teams to develop, test, and contribute to future product development.
  • Perform timecard review within Paylocity.
  • Ensure team members adhere to HIPAA compliance rules and regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with direct reports, colleagues, and clients.
  • Handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a timesensitive environment.
  • Perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demands.

  • Understand reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor and communicate progress.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum seven years zero balance recovery experience.
  • Minimum five years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle, client services, and data analysis.
  • Experience resolving employee relations issues.
  • Experience with direct client communication, including participation in client conference calls.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
  • Professional interests that align with the company mission and the healthcare industry.

Base pay range: $150,000.00 $250,000.00 annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, jobrelated skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications, market, location, and organizational factors. A performance bonus tied to achieved results is also included.
