David A. Nice Builders, Inc. is seeking a skilled Site Utility Installer to deliver high-quality water, sewer ,and utility installation projects. This role demands expertise in operating heavy equipment, precise utility installations, and advanced planning to meet strict project specifications and schedules. What Youll Do:

• Install and repair water mains, sewer lines, meters, conduits, chase ways, and valves with precision, ensuring compliance with plans and regulations.
• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, backhoes, bulldozers) with expert control in high-risk environments.
• Plan and sequence utility installations, interpreting site plans and using GPS systems to avoid conflicts.
• Conduct site surveying, calculate grades, and locate underground utilities.
• Maintain equipment, ensure a safe work environment, and collaborate with project teams.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable utility construction experience.
• Advanced skills in heavy equipment operation, utility installation, and site planning.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and safety management abilities.
• Valid Drivers License, CPR/AED Certification, and 10-hour OSHA training.
• Ability to work in varied conditions (trenches, heights, extreme weather) and extended hours as needed.
• Dependable, with a professional approach to maintaining equipment and work areas.
