\n About Facility:\nOutpatient and Inpatient Vascular Clinic - all ages\nAddress: 1 Medical Center Blvd, Winston Salem NC 27101\nDepartment Information:\nCensus? Average patients/day?\nRVT/RVS: 8-12 daily\nMinimum Years of Experience required? 2 years\nWill you accept a first-time traveler? Yes\nPatient Types/Common Diagnoses:\nPVD, CAD, HF CVA, Venous insufficiency, renal/celiac/SMA stenosis, renal transplant, TOS\nRequired License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:\nUS Tech (Vascular): BLS; ARDMS RVT Registered Vascular Technologist OR CCI ~ Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS)\nIs NC State Licensure required? No\nSkills required:\nUS Tech (Vascular):\nEPIC experience required\nDedicated vascular ultrasound experience; Must be Registered Vascular Technologist or CCI ~ Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS)\nCarotid, Upper/Lower: Arterial, Venous, DVT/Reflux, Vein Mapping; Renal, Mesentric, AAA, Endograft, Aorta, Upper/Lower PVR/Segmental Pressures, Hemodialysis grafts, Iliac Veins. Arterial bypass grafts (fem-fem, fem-pop, loop grafts, etc)\nSupport within the Department:\nDepartment Leadership; Peers\nTechnology/Equipment:\nEMR: EPIC - must have experience\nVascuPro - reporting system\nDepartment specific Equipment: Philips Epic Elite, Parks PVR/Segmental Pressures machines\nFloating: If yes, where?\nYes: High Point Outpatient only lab if needed: 306 Westwood Ave, High Point NC\nOrientation (facility and unit):\n3 days departmental\nScheduling:\nWeekend rotation: Yes\nVascular US: 0800-1700 daily (rotate weekends)\nNo call\nHoliday Expectations: Travelers will work Thanksgiving (11/27/2025) and Christmas Day 12/25/2025) ONLY.\nWe observe the following holidays:\n\nRTO: Approved prior to contract acceptance otherwise at manager discretion and 4 weeks’ notice required.\nShift times:\nVascular US: 0800-1630 daily (rotate weekends - off on Thurs for working weekend)\nSchedule cycle: schedule is made every 13 weeks for travelers\nOther notes:\nScrub Color: black scrubs\nParking: Free\nDepartment Culture: Traveler friendly, teamwork orientedMedical Solutions Allied Job ID #1021315.
