Position Overview We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). The ideal candidate is passionate about improving patients' functional mobility, maintaining independence, and delivering care with respect and empathy. Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic exercises, treatments, and interventions as outlined in the patient's care plan.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising PT.
• Document patient treatments accurately and timely per facility and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued progress.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a PTA.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery.
