M-F, days
Coverage area: Macomb/St Clair county out of our Madison Heights office.
May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address
Hospice experience required
Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours.
