We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks, including flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform flooring installation, including tile laying and floor care tasks.
• Execute cabinet installation and fixture installation with precision.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine project requirements.
• Conduct restoration tasks, including water damage restoration and remodeling efforts.
• Engage in trim carpentry and caulking to enhance the aesthetic appeal of installations.
• Collaborate with team members on construction site activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction, with a focus on flooring installation, cabinetry, or maintenance person services.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices and protocols.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools proficiently.
• Experience in restoration industry practices is highly desirable.
• Skills in concrete finishing, buffing, and construction painting are beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve project goals.
