In this leadership role, you'll mentor staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across departments to deliver excellent service. Your work will directly support Avesta's mission of providing quality, affordable homes for those in need.

What We're Looking For

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week), exempt position. Pay range is $63,000 - $73,000 annually.
Work Location
This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Southern region, including those in Kittery, ME, and throughout New Hampshire.
