What We're Looking For

The person who is ready for this opportunity will have the following:

  • Excellent interviewing and communication skills.
  • Experience assisting disadvantaged people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prepare and monitor budgets.
  • Excellent leadership and analytical skills.

  • College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in managing affordable multi-family housing (LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development or similar).
  • Ability to travel.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week), exempt position. Pay range is $63,000 - $73,000 annually.

Work Location 

This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Southern region, including those in Kittery, ME, and throughout New Hampshire.
