Our client, a specialty chemical manufacturer operating in a cGMP regulated environment, is seeking a QC Chemist to support analytical and microbiological testing. This is a hands-on laboratory role with strong long-term potential for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Perform analytical and wet chemistry testing on cGMP-regulated products using compendial methods as well as conduct microbiological testing
  
• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation, including calibration and preventative maintenance.
  
• Prepare reagents, standards, and test solutions; perform solution standardizations.
  
• Maintain data integrity in laboratory documentation and electronic systems.
  
• Support investigations, root cause analysis, process validation, and data trending.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused laboratory environment. Assist with inventory and ordering of lab supplies as needed.

What We're Looking For

• A.S. or B.S. in Chemistry or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
  
• 0-2 years of professional laboratory experience (entry-level candidates welcome).
  
• Knowledge of wet chemistry, basic instrumentation, and laboratory best practices.
  
• Familiarity with cGMP environments and compendial methods preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work independently.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment and on off-shifts.
