As an OT Security Consultant , you will play a critical role in strengthening Danfoss’ security posture during its Digital Transformation journey. Your expertise will help secure smart manufacturing solutions and protect operational technology environments, ensuring resilience and trust across global operations. By bridging business needs with security best practices, you will enable innovation while safeguarding critical assets. What You’ll Be Doing Drive initiatives to enhance OT security and contribute to overall information security improvements. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to secure new and existing manufacturing solutions . Act as a trusted advisor , translating complex security requirements into actionable steps for business and IT teams. Build strong relationships across functions to align priorities and ensure security is embedded in transformation projects . What We’re Looking For We seek a professional with at least 3 years of experience in OT security or a similar role, combined with strong knowledge of OT architecture, systems, and industrial protocols like Modbus and Profibus. Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as ISA99/IEC62443, ISO27001, or NIST SP 800-82 is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are key, along with proficiency in English. Certifications from recognized bodies like ISC2, SANS/GIAC, or ISA are an advantage.
