Wholesale experience is a must. Qualifications Strong understanding of NON-QM loan products, underwriting guidelines, and investor requirements. Proficiency in analyzing financial documents such as tax returns, bank statements, credit reports, and income documentation. Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills to identify risk factors and make sound underwriting decisions. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to effectively work with loan officers, brokers, and borrowers. Experience working in Encompass. Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and maintain a customer‑centric approach in a fast‑paced environment.
