Proactive Technology Management is seeking a highly skilled Hyperautomation RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced automation and intelligent document processing solutions using the latest in cloud, AI, and low-code technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA and script-based automation solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop appropriate automation processes.

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation solutions.

• Utilize PowerShell and Python scripting to create robust automation scripts.

• Leverage RPA tools such as Power Automate Desktop and Selenium for process automation.

• Integrate with Web APIs and utilize JSON for data consumption and integration.

• Continuously learn and apply new cloud, RPA, AI, and low-code technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience with PowerShell and/or Python scripting.

• Strong background with RPA tools such as Power Automate Desktop and Selenium.

• Fluent or near-fluent spoken English with excellent English reading comprehension.

• Strong willingness and ability to self-study and learn new cloud and low-code technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure Form Recognizer (also known as Azure Document Intelligence), Azure Functions, and Azure Runbook Automation.

• Familiarity with C# and additional Python scripting.

• Understanding of Web API and JSON consumption.

• Knowledge of Azure SQL, Azure Table Storage, and Azure Cache for Redis.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric OneLake for integrated data management and analytics.

• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Container App Service, and Fabric Notebooks (PySpark).

• Understanding of Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power BI for creating dashboards and reports.

• Experience with Azure Cognitive Services, Azure AI Studio, and PyCaret for machine learning.

• Knowledge of Docker and Azure API Management for deployment and integration.
