Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
• Partner with sales teams to develop RFP responses, design concepts, and budgets.
• Anticipate and resolve potential design or installation challenges.
• Lead with a client-first mindset, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• Professional degree from a CIDA-accredited Interior Design Program.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; experience with ProjectMatrix, Adobe InDesign, Bluebeam, and SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and technical expertise.
• Proven experience managing the full design process—concept through installation—on commercial furniture projects.
• A growth-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving, and staying current on product knowledge.
