About the Role

CHT USA Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Manager to lead our logistics operations in Richmond, Virginia . This role is responsible for managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency across domestic and international shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the logistics department, including staffing, training, performance reviews, and expense oversight.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and communicate measurable departmental goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using SMART KPIs.
• Oversee domestic and international shipping logistics, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure warehouse environment.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound traffic.
• Generate shipping documents using ERP systems (e.g., picking tickets, packing slips, Bills of Lading).
• Coordinate carrier pickups and manage hazardous material transport.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor inventory storage and execute cycle count programs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Support shipping team as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or logistics.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• ERP system experience required.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.
