Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Manager of Logistics Execution to oversee and optimize our 3PL distribution center. This role ensures cGMP/Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, drives operational efficiency, and leads process improvements to deliver speed-to-market, cost control, and service excellence. Embedded within a 3PL warehouse, you will serve as the primary liaison between Country Life and our logistics partners , ensuring smooth execution across inbound and outbound operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight & Performance

  • Manage day-to-day 3PL operations in partnership with 3PL management team, ensuring cGMP, SLA and Statement of Work (SOW) compliance.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound activity to ensure timely deliveries, maximum efficiency, high quality and traceability.
  • Ensure timely communication of tracking/PRO numbers for customer invoicing.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track daily outbound order volumes and aging orders by location.
  • Investigate and resolve orders delayed beyond 3 days, identifying root causes.
  • Maintain and improve cycle counting accuracy; analyze error rates by facility.
  • Monitor container deliveries and put-away processes to ensure inventory readiness.
  • Improve customer returns process to ensure timing credits to customers.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports for leadership.

Cost & Process Optimization

  • Source operational materials directly to avoid 3PL markups (e.g., cartons, shrink wrap, pallets).
  • Review and approve vendor invoices in the approval chain.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce supply chain elapsed time and costs.
  • Document and enhance supply chain workflows and SOPs in partnership with 3PL management team.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5+ years in Distribution Center or Logistics Management.
  • Experience in cGMP environment preferred.
  • Proven experience working with WMS systems and ERP platforms.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management.
  • Strong analytical abilities; adept at calculating metrics and interpreting complex data.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical process documentation.
