PopStroke currently has 13 locations across Florida, Texas, Arizona, Alabama, South Carolina and Nevada, with 4 additional venues under development and expected to open by the end of 2024.

About the role

Calling All Culinary Maestros! Get Ready to Spice Up the Kitchen Adventure!

$16 - $20/hr

What you"ll do

• Ensure the highest quality of culinary services for our guests.
• Quickly, safely, and efficiently prepare food in accordance with our preparation and execution standards.
• Follow established portion control procedures to minimize food waste and maximize profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, countertops, and storage areas, to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, and notifying the chef or manager of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain efficient workflow and communicate effectively to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
• Maintain a high degree of standards in cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Execute opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment.
