Job Summary
Assist residential sales managers with design, documentation, and selections related to lighting and shades.

• Support project managers by preparing and revising quotes for lighting automation, and shades.
• Assist clients as they make selections related to motorized shading, automated lighting systems.
• Prepare accurate technical specifications, drawings, and other documentation related to systems proposed.
• Support project managers as they work to ensure complete and timely project communication with builders, homeowners, and the company.
• Ensure that all necessary parts, equipment, and supplies for lighting and shade installations are accurately ordered.
• Coordinate with project managers to efficiently deliver shade and lighting orders to the project site.
• Assist assigned tech crews with necessary installation instructions when requested by management.
• Assist with proper documentation of any change orders on the projects.
• Independently develop new lighting/shading clients where possible.

Requirements:

• Familiar with measuring window openings and reading a window schedule.
• Prior experience in residential and/or commercial construction in a sales capacity.
• Prior experience with motorized shades.
• Able to work independently and self-manage your time.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Solid PC Skills.

Compensation:

Base compensation plus commission with no caps on earnings, and other incentives based on experience.
