What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating excavation and trenchless equipment with confidence
• Directing and supporting your helper while keeping the site safe and efficient
• Troubleshooting on the fly and keeping projects moving forward
• Communicating with supervisors, customers, and inspectors
• Maintaining detailed documentation and upholding safety standards

As our Lead Underground Utility Excavator, you'll be the driving force behind complex underground utility projects-installing, repairing, and replacing sewer and water lines using advanced trenchless technology and traditional excavation. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions matter, and your excavation expertise shines.

Our Offer to You:

• Competitive Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
• Stable Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday + occasional overtime

You're a Fit if You Have:

• Experience in underground utility work, including pipe bursting and re-lining methods, as well as traditional excavation
• Experience guiding a helper or small team
• Strong knowledge of equipment operation and job site safety
• Ability and willingness to perform physical labor as the primary worker on the crew
• Ability to solve problems and work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus )
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work Monday-Friday with occasional overtime
