Job #10855; Lead Executive Housekeeper
Location : Belvedere, California
Schedule : The schedule for this role is Thursday through Monday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Duties: A prominent family is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Head Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily operations of their beautiful Belvedere residence. This individual will ensure that the home is maintained to the highest standards and provide hands-on support to a small team of housekeepers to ensure the smooth and seamless functioning of the household. The Belvedere residence serves as the family’s weekend retreat. The Head Housekeeper will report to the House Manager based in San Francisco and collaborate closely to ensure consistency across both properties.
Requirements: The ideal candidate is a working leader who models excellence and takes pride in maintaining a pristine environment. Responsibilities include daily housekeeping oversight, wardrobe and laundry management, inventory and supply tracking, and coordination of weekly floral installations with the family’s florist. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs are essential.
Pay & Benefits: $70/hour. This position offers 6 paid sick days per year, 9 paid holidays with time off, 80 hours paid vacation time per year, and 100% medical coverage through Kaiser with no out of pocket premiums.
