The Cultural Representative Program is a twelve-month work experience located at Walt Disney World ® Resort, near Orlando, Florida. It is an opportunity to be immersed in different cultures from around the world and build lifelong relationships.
Participants need to be able to authentically represent and showcase the distinctive cultures and traditions of one of the countries or regions we have recreated in look and ambiance at the Walt Disney World ® Resort. They will also be interacting with people from across the globe and crafting immersive experiences for our guests, while fulfilling various front-line, customer-facing roles! Countries and regions represented are: Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Norway, Sub-Saharan Africa (Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe), and United Kingdom. Accepting applications for arrivals from August through November 2026 for a 12-month program. Additional positions might become available later on (during December 2026 through August 2027).
