Job Description
We are currently seeking a professional and detail oriented individual to join our dynamic agency team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, crafting insurance solutions, and managing client relationships within our agency. This position requires excellent people and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a strong customer service orientation. Prior insurance license not required to apply. Our agency will help the candidate obtain the necessary licenses.

Responsibilities include:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and craft tailored solutions.
Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for cross-selling additional products
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions through effective sales administration
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + generous commission
