Now Hiring: In-Home Caregivers – Eugene, Lane County and Springfield OR

Aspire Caregiving is looking for compassionate individuals to join our growing team in Eugene, OR. Whether you're seeking weekday, weekend, full-time, or part-time work – we offer flexible schedules to match your lifestyle. No prior experience required – just a caring heart and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support.

Your Role as a Caregiver :

• Light Housekeeping: Keep homes tidy and safe for clients.
• Meal Prep: Cook simple, healthy meals based on client preferences.
• Errands & Appointments: Assist with shopping and transportation needs.
• Personal Care: Support with bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.
• Companionship: Build meaningful connections and offer emotional support.
• Pet Care: Assist with feeding and walking pets as needed.

What We’re Looking For :

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Able to communicate clearly in English
• Punctual, reliable, and professional
• Clean personal hygiene and appearance
• Compassionate, patient, and eager to help others
• Willing to complete training (no experience necessary)
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and in-office assessment
