This role is for a Sr super with 10+ years experience and a project list that includes bridges, DOT, and/or marine construction experience.

Position Overview
The Civil Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and other relevant guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage site management activities, including safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and supervise construction teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on construction work.
- Engage in contract management and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and architects, to facilitate project progress.
- Perform risk management and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Provide cost estimation and manage project financials, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Ensure proper surveying and earthwork practices are implemented for infrastructure development.
