Golf Performance Center Assistant Responsibilities: - Assist Golf Performance Center manager on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain a professional presence in the Golf Performance Center
- Performs administrative duties to include the scheduling, billing of golf coaching sessions, club fitting and special events
- Greet and assist members and their guests
- Compose reports, weekly, monthly, and annually
- Maintain up-to-date information regarding all Performance Center offerings
- Assist in the organization and execution of special events and programing
- Perform opening and closing procedures of the Golf Performance Center
- Answer incoming inquiries via telephone or email
- Complete transactions using Point of Sale (POS) system
- Receive and display golf shop merchandise
- Enter and code all invoices
- Ensure levels of inventory are maintained
- Place merchandise orders as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of golf shop as needed
- Ensure all W.E.L.L standards are followed as appropriate
- Performs job responsibilities according to the company safety and training programs
- Reports safety or hazard concerns and any job injury to management
- Perform all other duties as assigned within job scope
Golf Performance Center Assistant Qualifications: - Computer experience and POS knowledge preferred.
- Golf knowledge preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills required.
- Must be able to meet and greet members and their guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
Golf Performance Center Assistant Physical Requirements: - Must be able to work in an environment that requires travel to various locations on campus by approved means.
- Ability to stand throughout duration of shift.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
