Located 12 miles from historic Savannah, our Club offers members access to six championship golf courses, two marinas, 31 tennis courts, 15 pickleball courts, eight bocce courts, eight unique dining venues, five clubhouses, five swimming pools and a 52,000 sq. ft., wellness center.

Golf Performance Center Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist Golf Performance Center manager on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain a professional presence in the Golf Performance Center
• Performs administrative duties to include the scheduling, billing of golf coaching sessions, club fitting and special events
• Greet and assist members and their guests
• Compose reports, weekly, monthly, and annually
• Maintain up-to-date information regarding all Performance Center offerings
• Assist in the organization and execution of special events and programing
• Perform opening and closing procedures of the Golf Performance Center
• Answer incoming inquiries via telephone or email
• Complete transactions using Point of Sale (POS) system
• Receive and display golf shop merchandise
• Enter and code all invoices
• Ensure levels of inventory are maintained
• Place merchandise orders as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of golf shop as needed
• Ensure all W.E.L.L standards are followed as appropriate
• Performs job responsibilities according to the company safety and training programs
• Reports safety or hazard concerns and any job injury to management
• Perform all other duties as assigned within job scope

Golf Performance Center Assistant Qualifications:

• Computer experience and POS knowledge preferred.
• Golf knowledge preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills required.
• Must be able to meet and greet members and their guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Golf Performance Center Assistant Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in an environment that requires travel to various locations on campus by approved means.
• Ability to stand throughout duration of shift.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
