Supply Chain Manager — Greater Toledo OH (Hybrid)
Adecco is pleased to announce a confidential search for a Supply Chain Manager with a growing organization in the greater Toledo area. We have a long standing relationship with this client and this hire will have real impact across global operations while leading a sharp purchasing and supply chain team.
The role
You’ll own strategy and execution for sourcing, supplier performance, inventory health, and end to end cost. This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll mentor a small team, partner closely with quality, engineering, operations, and finance, and drive measurable improvements in forecasting, S and OP, and total cost of ownership across a multi site environment.
What you will do
Lead and develop a high performing team focused on global sourcing and supplier performance. Build and manage vendors, contracts, and long term supply agreements. Improve inventory accuracy, forecasting, and working capital results. Track KPIs and run continuous improvement projects that move the needle. Support S and OP, demand planning, and cost reduction initiatives. Keep supplier data accurate and audit ready while navigating trade and tariff considerations.
What you bring
Bachelor’s in supply chain or business. MBA or CPIM APICS a plus. Five or more years in purchasing or supply chain with people leadership in high SKU or multi site settings. Strong Excel and reporting skills. ERP or procurement systems experience is helpful. Proven results in supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and cross functional project leadership. Background in manufacturing or distribution is preferred.
Details
Hybrid schedule in the Toledo area with several days on site each week. Domestic and occasional international travel up to ten percent. Competitive salary, strong benefits, and a supportive leadership team.
