Immediate Joining: General Production Worker – Spokane Valley, WA | $17–$19/hr
Job Overview
We’re hiring a General Production Worker to support tile manufacturing operations. This hands-on role includes sorting, lifting, catching, and packaging ceramic tiles, preparing raw materials, and operating production machinery. You’ll play a key part in maintaining quality standards and keeping the production line running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Sort and inspect tiles for quality control
Stack tiles from pallets onto conveyors
Clean production lines (sweeping, spraying down with hose)
Prepare and mix raw materials for ceramic tiles and glazes
Operate machinery and perform basic assembly tasks
Essential Skills
Experience in general labor or production roles
Familiarity with industrial equipment and large machinery
Ability to work independently and solve practical problems
Strong attendance and reliability
Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
