$300,000 starting compensation plus full benefits to join a three-person practice looking for a third approximately 90 minutes from Albany. They have a Nurse Practitioner that assists in dialysis and Hospital rounding. They go to two hospitals and average between 25-30 inpatients. They go to several nearby dialysis units with over 200 patients. Call would be shared equally. They follow transplant patients. They will pay the incoming physician a salary of $300K per year plus Medical Director stipend in year two. They will offer partnership in year three. Benefits include Health and malpractice insurance, pension plan in 2 years. Four-weeks' vacation. There are also JV opportunities.
