Position Summary/Objective:

Century Cabinets, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative with Construction experience. The ideal candidate will act as liaison between Century Cabinets and builders/superintendents/sub -contractors to assure excellent completion of all orders.

Essential Functions:

• Act as Liaison to Customers (Field Personnel/Superintendents/Sub -Contractors)

• Schedule Homeowner Warranty and Service work as required.

• Schedule Drops/Installation of countertops with partner fabricators

• Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Three years of Cabinet Industry knowledge

• Purchasing/Receiving experience

• Excellent communications skills – ability to be clearly understood on phone as well as clear concise written communication.

• Excellent multi-talker

• Exceptional problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to effectively represent Century Cabinets with our customers & subcontractors.

• Knowledge of Smartsheet’s and Quick Books helpful

• Prior experience with online builder supply portals (i.e., Supply Pro) helpful

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position.

Travel:

Travel may be required for this position (>75%)
