Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual Field Recruiter who thrives on connecting with people and building strong teams. As a Field Recruiter, you are responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for in-field solar installers and electricians to support our operations. You’ll work closely with area managers and field leadership to identify staffing needs and ensure we’re hiring top-quality talent to deliver safe, efficient solar installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified and enthusiastic solar installers, roofers, and electricians
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, likelihood of success, and fit for the organization
  • Collaborate with local area managers to forecast staffing needs and fill open roles quickly
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and workforce centers to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Utilize recruitment tools, training, and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines and track progress
  • Support onboarding and check-ins to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Promote the company’s values and culture during the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is preferred but not required
  • Ability to effectively explain variable compensation models
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on candidate experience
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment
  • Capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel for hiring blitzes
