About the Role
Join us as a Director leading our mission to inspire young people through arts-integrated learning and creative experiences. We seek a strategic, collaborative leader who believes in equitable access to arts learning for every student. In this leadership role, you will guide our organization's growth, deepen partnerships with educational institutions and artists, and champion creative experiences for students. You will work closely with the Board to develop a strategic plan, foster relationships with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, safe programming that aligns with our mission.
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of progressive leadership experience, demonstrated expertise in fundraising, and a solid understanding of arts integration and community partnerships. We value strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to equity and culturally responsive practices. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in leading organizational rebuilds or startups, and familiarity with the regional education landscape are preferred. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who can grow resources, implement revenue strategies, and build an inclusive, talented team to further our mission.
