Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and ensure completion of intake and consent forms.
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and help patients maximize their coverage.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records, billing, and insurance claims.
• Implement and refine office policies and procedures for improved efficiency.
• Manage dental office finances and bookkeeping with precision.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a dental office (required).
• Proficiency in Open dental practice management software (required).
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
• Reliable transportation to and from our Westbury location.
