Based in Lower Manhattan, we are a close-knit, on-site team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
The Role We're looking for a Data Scientist to oversee our Data Analytics and ML Models, ensuring they deliver the insights we need to achieve our lofty objectives. We want you to assertain we have the right data (including from alternative sources), and then productionalize the models.
If you have used Giospatial Data, Real Estate Data / PropTech, Financial Data, and/or worked at companies that use lines of credit and built underwriting models, you'll do well here.
What You Bring - Experience building ML models and pushing into production.
- You are creative sourcing the right data sets that align with objectives.
- You have used Alternative Data sets previously e.g. Giospatial Data
- Strong communication skills-you can explain technical reasoning to any audience.
- A mission-driven mindset-you want your work to have a real-world impact.
- You prefer an in-office culture. We are in-office 5 days a week as we want to build together and challenge each other daily.
- Ideally you have experience in at least one of these industries/spaces: PropTech, FinTech, Financial Services, Insurance.
What We Offer - $180,000 - $220,000 base salary
