We're currently looking for a Continuous Learning Administrator on a FTC until 31 March 2027. The position sits within the Continuous Learning and Member Support team.
The Continuous Learning Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the implementation and efficient delivery of ACCA Learning Certificates, blended programmes and bespoke training in the Middle East.
The Job
Support the delivery of ACCA Learning Certificates, blended programmes and bespoke training in the Middle East
Provide administration support for the delivery of bespoke training including liaising with clients, managing freelance trainers and event logistics as required ensuring a high-quality experience for clients
Provide B2B sales and product performance reporting: maintain and manage sales records, preparing reports on sales performance and trends
Support the creation of B2B customer reports and progress tracking for employer programmes.
Collate feedback reports from learners and tutors ensuring issues are tracked and addressed
Provide ongoing customer support and escalate issues as needed; including updating internal guidance materials
Support the tracking of ACCA Learning B2B opportunities within the region
Support the administration and operational delivery of the UAE Fellowship programme and other ACCA Learning programmes as required
Invoicing, contract and payment reconciliation: process and arrange invoices for learning products and services and provide support for invoice-related queries and issues
Assist in managing ad-hoc requests, including administrative and operational requests as they arise.
The Person
Strong customer-focused mindset with experience in delivering great levels of customer service, preferably within a training environment (not essential)
Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within learning or a related field
Competence in invoicing, payment reconciliation, and related administration
Good organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal, including proficiency in digital platforms
Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and skilled in prioritisation to meet service levels
Interest in finance, accountancy-related topics, and the broader education, skills, and careers landscape
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term, high-quality, trusted relationships
Is highly organised, logical and methodical approach to work with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
