Consultant (m/w/d) - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

We are looking for you to strengthen one of our teams in Germany or Austria as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• You advise our customers in all CRM functionalities and ensure the successful implementation of Microsoft CRM in customer projects
• You conduct analysis and design workshops independently and evaluate customer requirements
• You perform cost estimates of customer projects after creating and evaluating a underlying requirements specification
• You take over the independent project management in medium and large customer projects
• You support our activities in the presales area
• Recognizing and creating change requests as well as customizing Dynamics CRM are also part of your tasks

What you bring with you:

• You have professional experience in the IT or consulting field
• You have product knowledge in a CRM software such as SAP CRM, Salesforce, Update CRM, Sugar CRM preferably knowledge in the area of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• You have very good German and English skills
• You communicate openly and clearly
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting are natural for you
• An understanding approach and conflict capability characterize you
• You have the ability to recognize and solve problems
• You are flexible and bring a certain degree of travel readiness
