Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a background in electrical and civil projects? We’re looking for a 1099 Contractor to oversee a 10–12 month electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure project in Atlanta, GA.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily onsite construction activities, including EV charging, canopies, and modular building installation
• Manage and coordinate general contractor performance to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery
• Utilize Procore for project documentation, reporting, and collaboration
• Implement project controls (scheduling in Microsoft Project/Smartsheet, cost tracking, risk management)
• Review/approve submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the onsite point of contact for stakeholders, reporting on project status and risks

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of construction management experience (electrical + civil)
• Experience with EV charging or heavy electrical infrastructure projects (preferred)
• Strong background managing general contractors
• Proficiency with Procore
• Solid understanding of project controls: cost, schedule, quality, risk
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as a contractor and deliver under tight deadlines
