We specialize in four trades (mechanical, hygienic piping, HVAC, and electrical instrumentation and controls), working from multiple locations across North Carolina and for clients across the Southeast. Summary:

We are seeking skilled Commercial and Industrial Plumbers to join our team for ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with large-scale plumbing systems in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and complex construction environments. This role requires working on-site, collaborating with contractors and tradespeople, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

You will be working on projects in the surrounding Fuquay-Varina, Clayton, and Raleigh markets.

Per Diem available to qualified candidates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, assemble, and repair piping systems including water, gas, drainage, and vent lines
• Interpret blueprints and building plans to layout plumbing systems
• Inspect and test installed systems for proper function and compliance
• Collaborate with general contractors and other trade teams on job sites
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with local codes
• Troubleshoot issues in existing systems and provide timely repairs
• Adhere to project schedules and communicate delays or issues to supervisors
• Install fixtures, water heaters, pumps, valves, and other related equipment
• Perform soldering, brazing, pipe threading, and PVC/copper/PEX/FRP installations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Plumbing apprenticeship program preferred
• Plumbing license preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of field experience working as a plumber on commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Must be able to work independently and stay on schedule once given proper direction
• Communicate and act on information using personal judgment or standards that can be measured or checked
• Perform work within established InServ quality and time limits or standards of accuracy
• Perform a variety of duties which may change often
• Use reason and logic to efficiently accomplish job tasks
• Perform arithmetical operations rapidly and accurately
• See detail in objects or drawings and recognize slight differences in shapes or shadings; and picture flat drawings as 3-dimensional objects

PHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

(minimum requirements as follows):

• Work easily and skillfully with hands
• Climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolds
• See well (naturally or with correction) and distinguish colors
• Reach for, handle, and grasp pipe, tubing, and hand tools
• Bend, crouch, and work in small places
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: While performing duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to:
