The Registered Nurse (RN) in an outpatient setting provides direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and behavioral health assessments. Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN), the applicant will facilitate and implement collaborative treatment planning, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment administration, laboratory testing, on-going physical and behavioral health assessments, engagement with clients and families alike, coordinating transitions of care, and ensuring compliance with all rules, guidelines, and directives.
