Registered Nurse-Outpatient-Part Time at SummitStone Health Partners summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) in an outpatient setting provides direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and behavioral health assessments. The role requires Colorado licensure and offers part-time hours with a competitive benefits package. RN – Outpatient - Part Time

• Salary Range: $35 to $42 per hour, based on relevant years of experience
• Location: Larimer County
• Status: Full-time 
• Hours: 20 hours per week

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN), the applicant will facilitate and implement collaborative treatment planning, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment administration, laboratory testing, on-going physical and behavioral health assessments, engagement with clients and families alike, coordinating transitions of care, and ensuring compliance with all rules, guidelines, and directives.

Required:

• Unencumbered Colorado license as a registered nurse
• Will train a new grad with strong interest in Behavioral Health and withdrawal management

Licenses and Certifications:

• Colorado or Compact licensed nurse in good standing in state of licensure required
• Registered Nurse License required
• Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record required
• DORA license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire required
• Basic Life Support Certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
