Job Title: SAP HCM Time Management & Payroll Consultant
Client Location: 19 E Chocolate Ave, Hershey, PA 17033
Work Mode: Hybrid (On-site & Remote)
Travel : Client will cover travel and expenses
Extension Possibility : High

• We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time Management & Payroll Consultant to support and enhance SAP HR systems with a focus on Time Management and On-Premises Payroll configuration. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Schemas, and hands-on configuration for both Positive and Negative Time Management.

• Configure and support SAP Time Management (Positive and Negative) and SAP HCM Payroll modules based on business requirements.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and IS partners.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test plans, and execute testing for configuration and change requests.
• Collaborate with teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in resolving defects.
• Conduct weekly status review meetings with clients and internal teams to report progress.
• Develop functional specifications for custom enhancements and collaborate closely with ABAP HR technical and integration teams.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, documentation standards, and change management procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year undergraduate program required)
• Prior experience in HR and US Payroll environments with strong knowledge of US payroll and tax legislation

• SAP Time Management (Positive & Negative) – 5+ years
• SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll Configuration – 5+ years
• Strong hands-on experience with PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas

• Experience in Service Delivery Support
• Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
• Exposure to Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
