Worship Pastor

The Opportunity Grace Church is seeking a visionary and collaborative Worship Pastor to lead people into transformative encounters with God through worship. This high-impact role is for a strategic leader with creative instincts, musical excellence, and a heart for discipling teams. You'll champion the full Sunday experience-leading worship, developing volunteers, and curating environments that reflect the power and beauty of God's presence. What You'll Do

• Worship & Service Leadership: Provide direction for Sunday worship services and special gatherings, giving pastoral leadership to the flow, elements, and environment so that people are drawn into meaningful worship.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with pastors, leaders, and creative teams to design Christ-centered, engaging gatherings that integrate music, Scripture, prayer, and other elements into a cohesive whole.
• Leadership & Team Development: Develop and mentor worship leaders, musicians, and team members-both spiritually and practically-building a culture marked by excellence, authenticity, and discipleship.
• Team Recruitment & Training: Recruit, equip, and empower volunteers in both worship and production roles, cultivating a healthy team environment that values belonging, growth, and collaboration.
• Stewardship & Systems: Manage ministry systems such as scheduling, communications, resources, and essential tech needs, ensuring teams are well-supported and services run smoothly.
