Job Description

• Pack equipment according to shipping instructions to minimize any shipping damages using the correct materials (shrink wrap, foam etc.)
• Ensure all the equipment is included in the shipment as per the sales order, include accessory checklist
• Visually inspect equipment before packing to determine if any damages have occurred prior to shipping
• Select keyboards and mice to match equipment and ensure appropriate amount are included
• Create box labels in order to scan products being shipped
• Keep track of supplies informing supervisor when stock is low
• Quality control by double checking work of others to minimize amount of customer RMA's
• Put away of product that has been tested, cleaned, packaged and labeled
• Lift and occasional heavy physical effort (60 lbs.)

• One year related experience working in a warehouse environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Need to be detail oriented and possess effective communication skills
• Experience using an RF Scan gun
• Experience with packing and labeling product for shipment
