Responsibilities: Lead a team of SMB Account Managers to exceed sales and revenue targets set by senior leadership. Generate and execute market strategies to increase foot traffic and community outreach. Stay up‑to‑date on Verizon offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Create standard operating procedures for maximum effectiveness. Motivate a team to consistently exceed assigned performance goals. Conduct regular weekly performance management coaching sessions. Ensure market remains compliant with Verizon Wireless and company policies and procedures. Inspect audit compliance and protect customers’ private information. Deliver customized solutions across Verizon’s suite of wireless, voice, and security products and services. Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment. Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business managing a performance team. 3+ years of outside sales experience. 3+ years of leading teams. Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire employees. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Spanish bilingual is a plus. Strong analytical skills to explain, breakdown, and drive key performance metrics. Proficiency with technology: cellular devices, computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office suite. Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles. Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service. Ability to travel to various locations in the assigned district as needed. Self‑motivated, goal oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
