UX/UI Designer

Job Type: Full-time, onsite in Dallas TX, $85K-$95K

We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join a dynamic digital team. This role requires a balance of creativity and functionality, delivering intuitive, user-friendly designs for ecommerce websites and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create engaging, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize flows and improve conversion rates.
• Design Implementation: Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure designs align with brand identity and accessibility standards.
• Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with design trends, UI frameworks, and UX best practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in ecommerce or consumer products.
• Design Tools: Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and outcomes.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in consumer products, retail, or ecommerce.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid work options are available for candidates in the Dallas area.
• This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday.
