We are looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will craft intuitive and visually compelling designs for both mobile and web applications. Based in Los Angeles, California, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Design user-centered interfaces for mobile and web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and functionalities.
• Utilize expert-level Figma skills, including nested components, auto layout, and design libraries, to produce high-quality designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to align design solutions with business goals.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and refine designs based on insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design processes and outcomes.• A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application designs.
• Proven expertise in creating and maintaining design systems for scalable and consistent user experiences.
• At least 3 years of advanced proficiency in Figma, including the use of nested components and design libraries.
• Strong ability to build wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, in addition to Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
