We are looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces while enhancing current functionalities and implementing new features. Responsibilities:
• Design and refine user interfaces that align with client needs and project goals.
• Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and design elements that improve user experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Independently manage tasks and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Enhance existing functionalities and introduce features that elevate the user experience.
• Work on projects related to social websites, ensuring optimal usability and accessibility.
• Provide creative solutions to design challenges while adhering to project requirements.
• Conduct user research and integrate feedback to refine designs.
• Ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms and devices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present design concepts and gather input.• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in using Figma for design and prototyping.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in enhancing existing functionalities and developing new features.
• Knowledge of designing for social websites and understanding user behavior.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas and concepts effectively.
