Job Description:
As a Travel MS/Tele RN , you'll care for adult patients recovering from medical conditions and surgical procedures, while closely monitoring their cardiac status. This hybrid role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and enjoy making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Deliver direct nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting
\n
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry alerts
\n
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and update care plans
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
\n
• Document patient status and care interventions accurately
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
\n
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
\n
• Strong time management, adaptability, and critical thinking skills
\n
