Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CA-licensed RN Case Manager for a day shift position with weekend and floating requirements.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in the Case Management unit of a hospital
• Day shifts scheduled from 8:00 to 16:30 with 5x8 hour workweeks
• Minimum of 4 weekend shifts required within each 6-week period
• Expected to float between all facilities within the state
• Must commit to working 3 of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day
• All requested time off must be addressed at the time of application
• Returning former perm staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and cannot submit if within a 50-mile radius
• Completion of hospital modules is required prior to start and annually
• First-time travelers will be considered

• Active CA RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent case management experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current certifications as required for case management roles
• At least 2 recent supervisory references from a comparable specialty/setting
