\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Every other weekend requirement
\n• Holiday requirements apply
\n• Must reside within 50 mile radius of facility
\n• 2:1 patient ratio on 18-bed trauma unit
\n• Provide total care as RN with unit secretary support
\n• Float to other Medical-Surgical Units and Intensive Care Units as needed
\n• Must be willing to care for COVID-19 patients
\n• ICU experience required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (TNCC is preferred)
\n• Work with advanced equipment including ventilators, Alaris IV pumps, balloon pumps, ventriculostomy drains, and glucometers
\n• Use Meditech documentation system with Evidence Based Clinical Documentation
\n• Perform procedures including intubations, cardioversions, ventriculostomy drain placement and management, IABP management, CRRT, and patient proning
\n• Advanced skills needed: ventilator management, critical care drip knowledge, thorough assessment skills, and proficient knowledge of cardiac, neuro, and respiratory systems
\n• Dress code: ceil blue scrubs with optional white or ceil blue scrub jacket
\n• Participate in hourly rounding, bedside hand-off reporting, and AIDET patient experience protocols
\n• Self-scheduling available within guidelines
